Ugh! In my mid 20's, was I suffering. Chronic Panic disorder had its' grip on me. New mom, young wife and no coping strategies or solutions for what seemed to be an insurmountable feeling of depression, anxiety and hopelessness. It felt so real- I was introduced to a Holistic approach for overcoming and facing it. Thank God for the many modalities that are available, I have been set free!
Now that I am free from daily anxiety, fear and phobia I live life OUT LOUD! I have daily practices that keep me anchored to present goals and aspirations, if fear comes up and it will... I have an unshakeable faith that keeps me steadfast, and living life as it comes and remains forever grateful for the challenges and obstacles I have overcome.
Plus...as a Coach, I get to empower individuals who want to achieve their ideal health and wellness goals. Many times, not all, we come into the desire to get better, or look better, stop feeling this or that way...There are ways. A Multitude of practices, modalities and rituals that have literally set me free.
I know what Liberation feels like the many ways I get to experience and express it daily.

Hydrate Well 24 hours in advance
Do not drink caffeine the day of your test
Do not eat 3-4 hours prior
Do not take InBody test after a shower or sauna
Do not consume alcohol for 24 hours prior to testing
Wear removable shoes, you will need to stand barefoot on the scale
No lotions on hands or feet
Females: Avoid testing if pregnant or menstruating
***Individuals with pacemakers or electronic devices should NOT take the InBody Test***
